For some of you your Easter holiday holds the prospect of exam revision and very little holiday. But what if you could revise and holiday at the same time? This is what our Study Holidays are all about!!
All of our study holidays feature four hours of supervised revision spread throughout each day of the holiday. This is dedicated revision time where everyone on the holiday is quiet and studying at the same time. Motivating yourself to revise is so much easier to do when everyone is doing it together. The rest of each day is freed for all the usual action and adventure of an SU Holiday with a whole bunch of new friends.

On Sunday we celebrate ignite's third birthday! There's no huge birthday card to sign, but instead we'd love it if you could fill in our ignite Survey (think of it like a birthday card...). You can find our Survey here...
SU Scotland remains comitted to running ignite, but as ignite has been online for 3 years, we thought that now would be a good time to see how ignite has been doing, to figure out what we've learnt about pioneering discipleship online within our custom built social network, and to look ahead at what we can do in the next three years to grow ignite and make it even better.

On Tuesday night ignite's membership total reached the awesome heights of 800 members! It has been just over a year since we re-launched ignite and we are absolutely delighted to have reached 800 members in that time.
This news came at the end of a great week where we saw over 200 members login within a seven-day period for the first time ever. Thanks to everyone who is logging in and making ignite such a vibrant community!!

Over this past weekend ignite reached the exciting milestone of 500 teenage members!! With this figure accounting for over 80% of our members (the rest are SU leaders), this makes ignite a great place to socialise online and make new friends your own age.
Of these 500 members, over 300 have logged in within the past three months and we've seen 135 of them online this past week.

You can now pick up the story where it left off as ignite's Daily Soundbites return with day 6 of 'Egypt's Prince'. Moses, the titular prince, has journeyed back to his country of birth having been called by God to lead his fellow Israelites to freedom from Egyptian slavery. September's edition of @SU saw ignite grace its front cover and occupy a two-page spread within the magazine. The article talks about ignite's re-launch and the improvements we've made to the site. Two of our members, Nathan and Erin, contribute to the article by saying what they think of ignite.

Better be quick - less than 24 hours since the 2010 holidays website went live, places are already disappearing fast for our Easter and Summer holidays.
New for 2010 is a specialist Drama Camp at Lendrick Muir and we are delighted to be offering a horse riding event at Drumnadrochit once again.

We are excited to announce that over the weekend ignite gained its 300th teenage member. Our tally has now reached 313 teenage members since re-launching the site.
When we re-launched ignite one month ago we took the bold step of making all our existing members re-register and therefore started with 0 members. Since then, 70 of our 126 core members have re-registered along with over 240 new members logging in.
